Service Agreements

 

Customer Agrees to the Following:

□ Working area(s) should be clear of automobiles and items removed from under and around the premises, and placed a distance of 15ft or greater away such that to not be affected by the scope of work.

□ Clear the working area of all objects prior to scheduled service (grills, moveable lighting, furniture, plants, toys, TV’s, etc.). A $10 charge per 10 minutes may be added to the bill if Cleanscapes is required to move items from or around the premises. (Make Cleanscapes aware if there are problems with moving items prior to the projects start date).

□ Ahead of your appointment please trim any shrubs, trees, plants, grass, or weeds that prohibit the effectiveness of your scheduled work.

□ Children, pets, and any people should be kept away from the work area while the work is in progress. 

□ Provide Cleanscapes with exclusive access to areas covered by the contract and estimate/proposal until work is completed.

□ If you have any questions about the work you have contracted Cleanscapes to perform or changes to be made to scope of work please call at least 72 hours BEFORE the start of your project. A $50 fee will be charged for same day cancellations or last minute rebooking (rebooking appointment within 72 hours of project).

□ A $10 inconvenience charge will be assessed and added to your bill if Cleanscapes arrives to the project and the owner has negated or failed to complete any of the task on this sheet resulting in Cleanscapes not being able to begin or complete the project. (i.e. but not limited to vehicles parked in working area(s) or prohibiting access to working area(s), locked gates, active sprinklers, or other contractors are within the specified area covered by the contract). If we arrive and objects have not been removed we will waive the inconvenience charge and only charge the $10/10 minutes required. Notify us of larger, heavier items ahead of time so that we can protect those without you having to move them.

Payment, Discounts, Subscriptions:

50% of fees are due before the start of one-time projects to hold date and order supplies, equipment, materials in which the remaining 50% is to be collected at the end of the project. For recurring service plans, payments are to be satisfied within 7 days of billed invoice. Discount coupons must be presented at the time of the estimate/proposal, but will not apply for recurring service work. We accept payment via Cash, Check, Paypal Swipe Card Reader/Tap-to-Pay, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Square, or Secure Online Payment via our Website or Online Invoice. 5% fee applies for Debit/Credit Card ACH payments. □ Sign up for our monthly newsletter to receive seasonal deals and maintenance tips. □ Subscription Opt-out.

Referrals:

Cleanscapes continually strives to maintain a positive reputation in our community. All referrals, references and comments are much appreciated. A lifetime credit voucher in the amount of $25.00 will be issued to you for each referral that fully pays for services. The referral must announce who has referred them prior to the estimate.

 

*EXTERIOR CLEANING TERMS & CONDITIONS (PRESSURE WASHING, SOFT WASHING, WINDOW CLEANING, SPECIALTY STAIN REMOVAL, ETC.):

Terms and Conditions

Cleanscapes guarantees all products and labor supplied under this contract to meet or exceed standards of the trade. By signing below you agree that all the specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You authorize Cleanscapes to do the work as specified on the proposal/estimate form per the contracted amount. You release Cleanscapes from any property damage due to pre-existing conditions or owner negligence. Cleanscapes is not responsible for damage to cracked/broken drive/walkways, loose siding, failing windows (including seals, cracked glass, chipping paint due to age or improper installation), rotted materials, paint or wood trim, and tripped outlets, switches, fans, or other electrical fixtures due to faulty wiring, non-outdoor rating, non-compliance to electrical code, or missing outlet covers which could result in other losses. Any damages due to the above are the responsibility of the owner. Over-grown vegetation is the responsibility of the Customer and must be completed prior to service date to give us access to areas to clean effectively and as to not cause damage to vegetation by physical or chemical interaction during our processes.  This includes but not limited to trimming shrubs, plants, trees, grass, weeds, vine removal. With that being stated, any damage that incurs to vegetation touching areas in scope will be the responsibility of the Customer and you hereby acknowledge assumption of risk. You authorize the release of general non-disclosing property photos or video for promotional use only. We do not perform/guarantee removal of oil or grease. Drying house is not included in scope of work. Window cleaning (scrub/squeegee) not included by default into Pressure/Softwashing, but always offered as an add-on. Window screens are to be removed by Owner or we charge $2/screen to remove only – Owner reinstalls ; $4/screen to remove & replace; $6/screen to remove, wash, replace. All screens will be removed from the inside of home. We do not offer window scraping, sticker, concrete, mortar, sealer, caulk, paint overspray removal, or removal of any other construction material. Windows must operate normally for window cleaning service. Calcium/Hard Water removal quote available upon request. . Window scraping only offered as add-on to window cleaning with customer waiver form, but we reserve the right to deny this specific service. Customer has the right to know the products we use if expressly requested. Cleanscapes reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any appointment/service agreement due to inclement weather, previous non-payment, or any other reason. Customer has 72 hours from end of appointment to notify us about poorly cleaned windows or missing an area. A 10% rush fee may be applied to any service that must meet a specific deadline or a same-day request. A $50 fee will be accessed for all bounced checks/per attempt. A $25 fee will be accessed for every month an invoice is past due. To cancel recurring services please notify us via phone or email 1 week prior to our visit or immediately after last invoice/payment. To cancel one-time services please notify us via phone or email 72 hours prior to date of appointment; any less notice will incur a cancellation fee of $25 + amount of any items specifically purchased for project(s). Terms/Conditions are only applied where related service(s) are applicable in the section above as it relates to Exterior Cleaning Services Only.  

SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. 

JURISDICTION. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. In the event of a dispute, legal action, filings, mediation, arbitration, and/or litigation, the proper venue and jurisdiction shall be Florida. 

Indemnification. Each party will agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the other from any cost, loss, or damages of any type, including attorney fees, to the extent that they arise from the breach of the Agreement, and/or willful misconduct or negligence.

*PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS (GUTTER CLEANING, ROOF BLOWING, DECK STAINING, LAWN TREATMENTS,ETC.):

Terms and Conditions

Cleanscapes guarantees all products and labor supplied under this contract to meet or exceed standards of the trade. By signing below you agree that all the specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You authorize Cleanscapes to do the work as specified on the proposal/estimate form per the contracted amount. You release Cleanscapes from any property damage due to pre-existing conditions or owner negligence. Cleanscapes is not responsible for damage to cracked/broken drive/walkways, loose siding, failing windows (including seals, cracked glass, chipping paint due to age or improper installation), rotted materials, paint or wood trim. Any damages due to the above are the responsibility of the owner. You release Cleanscapes from liability of previously diseased lawns, shrubs, flowers, trees, or other vegetation. You authorize the release of general non-disclosing property photos or video for promotional use only. Roof must be dry and thawed prior to any roof work. We are not responsible for damaging any failing gutters, or other failing roofing systems by the use of leaning our ladders onto the roof edge or by walking on roof or performing normal tasks related to scope of work. Prior to any earth work Cleanscapes is responsible for scheduling/performing utilities marking, where applicable. Cleanscapes is responsible for masking any surfaces prior to staining, painting, or sealing. Customer has the right to know the products we use if expressly requested. Cleanscapes reserves the right to cancel any appointment due to inclement weather. A 10% rush fee may be applied to any service that must meet a specific deadline or a same-day request. A $50 fee will be accessed for all bounced checks/per attempt. A $25 fee will be accessed for every month an invoice is past due. To cancel recurring services please notify us via phone or email 1 week prior to our visit or immediately after last invoice/payment. To cancel one-time services please notify us via phone or email 72 hours prior to date of appointment; any less notice will incur a cancellation fee of $25 + amount of any items specifically purchased for project(s). Terms/Conditions are only applied where related service(s) are applicable in the section above as it relates to Preventive Maintenance Services Only.    

SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. 

JURISDICTION. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. In the event of a dispute, legal action, filings, mediation, arbitration, and/or litigation, the proper venue and jurisdiction shall be Florida. 

Indemnification. Each party will agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the other from any cost, loss, or damages of any type, including attorney fees, to the extent that they arise from the breach of the Agreement, and/or willful misconduct or negligence.
